Rental fee for HCMUD71 residents is $200.00 plus a $100.00 deposit for Administration Building and Gazebo rental is $75.00 plus $100.00 deposit.

We are currently only taking reservations through October 31, 2010.

The functions of the District website that allow you to send emails to Directors or rent the Gazebo or Administration Building is now working.

Harris County MUD No. 71 Electronic Payment Options Starts May 5, 2008

Starting May 5, 2008 there will be four new automated ways to pay your water bill. Read information on the ways and FEES involved here.

Due to state laws we are unable to accept VISA at this time.

WESTERN UNION CONVENIENCE PAY OPTION located in select HEB, Kroger or other Western Union Convenience pay locations, currently cannot process Harris County MUD No.71 water bill payments. We are working with Western Union to resolve this problem and will update this website as soon as Western Union Convenience pay Option is available.

2008 Property Taxes are Due by 1/31/2009
